How to buy on Shopo directly without chat?

You can buy products directly from the sellers with the new shopo app update (Android app version 1.7 only). Please update the app here -

  1. Go the product description page of the product you want to buy and click on the “Buy Now” button to initiate the process.

  2. Customize your order based on the options provided by the seller. You can choose between Online Payment & Cash for ‘Payment Mode’, Courier Delivery or Pick up for ‘Delivery Mode’.

  3. If you have selected online payment, you will have to enter your email address and after that you will be directed to a payment page where you can use your debit/ credit card to complete your transaction.

  4. If you have selected self-arrange, the order will be placed and the seller will receive the order to fulfil. If you have selected ‘Courier Delivery’, you will have to add an address or select (if you have already added) to go further.

Once you receive the product, you should confirm the delivery of the product and only then can you rate the buyer for the product. This allows us to understand your experience on Shopo and helps to improve the performance of the platform across all users.
