Shopo remits payments only on closed orders.
In Case of Prepaid orders (paid via FreeCharge):-
- Shopo directly transfer the money to buyer through the free charge wallet.
- If you cancel the prepaid order Immediately, shopo refunds the money paid by the buyer back to him.
Cancelling orders will :-
- Lower your credibility both with your buyer and shopo.
- Effects your overall performance on shopo.
- Also,You are less likely to be featured on shopo.
So, Make sure inventory of your products is well updated & you do not cancel orders :)
In Case of Cash on Delivery
- You Can Follow up with your courier partner about physical return or pick ups, & then you can refund accordingly.
