How do I refund money for returned/cancelled orders?

Shopo remits payments only on  closed orders.

In Case of Prepaid orders (paid via FreeCharge):-

  • Shopo directly transfer the money to buyer through the free charge wallet.
  • If you cancel the prepaid order Immediately, shopo refunds the money paid by the buyer back to him.

Note :

Cancelling orders will :-

  • Lower your credibility both with  your buyer and shopo.
  • Effects your overall performance on shopo.
  • Also,You are less likely to be featured on shopo.

So, Make sure inventory of your products is well updated & you do not cancel orders :)

In Case of Cash on Delivery 

  • You Can Follow up with your courier partner about physical return or pick ups, & then you can refund accordingly.

    maine 30 sep 2016 ko direct seller "D & K Textiles and Enterprises" se baat karke 3 piece kurti order kiya tha Usne mujhe kaha aap pehle paise bhej do, fr courier aapke ghar aa jayega, too maine uske kehne par paise uske account me bhej diya tha pr na hi usne courier parcel kiya na hi wo paise return kr raha hai, main paise transfer ka file attache kr raha hu. mere paise wapas karwao.

    D & K Textiles ka owner name hai Mr. Santosh, , usne mera mobile no bhi block kr diya hai, whatsapp mei bhi block kr diya, bahot dino se ghuma raha hai, baat bhi ni sunta hai, phone kaat deta hai call krne se, He is totaly Fraud,
