What is Shopo’s return Policy?

(a) Shops define their own policy on our platform. Read the shop's policy carefully before making your purchase. Reach out to the shop for any clarification.

(b) Purchases made via Online Payment are covered under Shopo Buyer Guarantee

As per Buyer Guarantee, a Buyer can request a return within 3 days of delivery if one or more of the following criteria are met: 

  1. The item is damaged or lost in transit
  2. The wrong item is received
  3. The item is not as described in the listing

Please do not rate your seller, as this will complete the transaction and void your return request. 

An item purchased on Shopo cannot be returned if it was accurately described in the listing or does not fit.

To initiate a return request, simply go to the Side Menu > Orders Placed > View Order > Contact Us. You’ll can raise a ticket for the issue and provide photos to support your claim.

If the return is approved, we will contact the seller and place a request for a new order by contacting you. The seller may ask for the return of the sent product and you can both agree on a way to send it via a courier or any other mode. 

To avoid excessive returns, we advise all Sellers to be as detailed as possible when creating listings. Buyers, are requested to carefully review the listing description, item photos, Seller Rating, and chat with the seller about any queries prior to purchase. 

If the Seller or Buyer are not in good standing with Shopo, a return request may be denied.
