1. Go to menu from the Hamburger on the Shopo App.
2. Go to Orders Placed to check the orders you placed.
3. Click on View Order button of the order you want to cancel.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the order details page and click on Cancel Order
5. Select the Cancellation reason and click on Cancel Order to cancel the order.
Please note that orders once confirmed by the seller cannot be cancelled by you. If you have any issue regarding the order, please drop an email to email@example.com or click on ‘Contact Us’ at the bottom of the order page.
